Black Friday & Cyber Monday Coffee and Espresso Gear Deals 2026

The practical reading: the "wait for Black Friday" window is really the whole of November. If you see the price you want on a machine in the first week of the month, there is no documented reason to expect it to fall much further on the Friday itself.

We went back through reported Black Friday coverage for the brands and products this site actually recommends. These are the categories with a documented record of real reductions. Every figure is a prior-year price as reported by the named source — not a current price, and not a forecast.

Breville semi-automatic machines

The most reliably discounted machines in home espresso. In the 2025 Black Friday week Gear Patrol reported the Bambino Plus at $399.95 from $499.95 and the Barista Touch Impress at $1,000 from $1,500; TechRadar reported the Barista Express at $499.95 from $699.95direct from Breville. Tasting Table noted the same week that there were "not too many Black Friday deals on the company's higher-end machines" — the Oracle tier is a different story from the Bambino and Barista lines. Our take: if you are buying a Bambino, Bambino Plus, Barista Express or Barista Touch Impress and can wait until November, the record says wait.

De'Longhi

De'Longhi's bean-to-cup and La Specialista machines have discounted early and deeply. NBC Select reported the Magnifica Evo ECAM29084SB at $549.95 from a $899.95 list on Amazon on November 10, 2025, ahead of Black Friday; Tasting Table listed the La Specialista Arte Evo at $449.95 from $699.95on November 23, 2025. These are large reductions on machines whose list prices are, frankly, set with the sale in mind — which is exactly why the model-number check in the last section matters.

Fellow

The most consistent pattern we found. Engadget reported Fellow's Black Friday 2023 sale at 20% offacross the range (Stagg EKG Pro $204 from $255; Ode Gen 2 $276); Fellow's own Black Friday page for 2025 stated "up to 25% off sitewide", ending December 1, 2025, and Gear Patrol reported the Ode Gen 2 at $320 from $399 that week. Two documented years of roughly 20% is about as close to a pattern as this category offers.

AeroPress

AeroPress announced its 2025 Black Friday and Cyber Monday pricing publicly: Gear Patrol reported the Original at $29.96 from $39.95 (25% off), the XL at $60 from $80 and the Go Plus at $72, with codes for the brand-direct store. The dollar saving on an Original is small, but it is a real, documented discount on a product that is otherwise almost never reduced.

Baratza

Baratza joined the 2025 sale with the Encore ESP at $160 from $200 (20% off) per Gear Patrol, and Sprudge reported the standard Encore at $119.95 from specialty retailers over the same weekend. That matters because Baratza is not a brand that discounts casually; a 20% cut on the ESP is the largest we found documented.

Nespresso

Pod machines discount heavily every year, because the money is in the pods. Tom's Guide reported the Vertuo Pop+ at $89for Black Friday 2025. If a Nespresso is the right machine for the person — and sometimes it is— November is the time.

Timemore and other value grinder brands

Sprudge reported Timemore at "up to 50% off select gear"through December 2, 2025, and Gear Patrol listed the Chestnut C3S Pro at $76 from $99. Our Timemore picks — the Chestnut C3 ESP and the Black Mirror Basic 3— are worth watching in November on that record.

Just as useful, and much less often published: the things where waiting for November is not supported by the record.

• Gaggia Classic Evo Pro.Tasting Table's November 23, 2025 roundup said plainly that "there aren't many discounts on Gaggia products for Black Friday" and listed the Classic Evo Pro at $453.53 from $499— roughly 10%. A Slickdeals listing had it at $449 on Amazon on October 5, 2025, before any Black Friday pricing. The record says the Gaggia dips modestly and it does so outside November too. Buy it when it dips; do not wait for a big cut.
• Rancilio Silvia, Eureka Mignon, Comandante, 1Zpresso.We could not find a documented Black Friday pattern for any of these in the sources we reviewed. That does not mean they never discount — it means we have no evidence they do, and we will not invent one. If you need one, buy it when you need it.
• Bialetti Moka Express and small accessories. The Moka Express moves in price all year on Amazon (the live buttons on our moka pot guide show the current list-vs-street gap), and the only Black Friday claims we found were on coupon-aggregator sites, which we do not treat as sources. WDT tools, scales, tampers and cups are cheap enough that a percentage off is a few dollars. Buy these when you need them.
• Breville's Oracle tier.Per Tasting Table's 2025 note, the deep Breville cuts land on the Bambino and Barista lines, not the top of the range.

Our honest guidance, product class by product class, based only on the documented record above. "Wait" means the record shows real reductions in past Novembers; "buy now" means either the record shows little movement or the dollar saving is too small to be worth weeks without the thing.

One more honest note. A machine that is discounted is only a deal if it is the right machine. The guides that decide that — best espresso machine for beginners, best home espresso machines, best grinders for espresso— are where to start; this page only tells you when to buy it.

These are the products we would be watching in November, because they are the ones we recommend in their categories andthe brands have a documented record. Every button shows the live Amazon price with an as-of date; when a deal lands, this is the number to compare it to. We have deliberately included the Gaggia and the Notte as controls — picks we recommend without expecting a big November cut.

• Compare against a price you saw before November, not against the list price. List prices in this category are frequently set above the everyday street price — the De'Longhi "$899.95 list" is a good example. The buttons on this page show the live price today; note it, and judge November against that.
• Check the model number, not the name.A "Barista Express" deal may be the BES870XL or the newer BES876 Impress; a "Magnifica Evo" deal may be the ECAM29084SB with the LatteCrema carafe or the ECAM29043SB with a manual frother. The names are nearly identical and the machines are not. Our Breville and De'Longhi lineup guides decode both.
• Watch for "renewed" and "remanufactured".Refurbished listings sit alongside new ones on Amazon at what looks like a huge discount. Gear Patrol's 2025 roundup listed a remanufactured Bambino at $250; that is a fine buy if you know what it is and a disappointment if you thought it was new.
• Bundles hide the machine price. A machine plus pods, plus cups, plus a grinder you would not have chosen is not a discount on the machine. Price the machine alone.
• A discounted machine still needs a grinder. The most common Black Friday mistake in espresso is spending the whole budget on a reduced machine and pairing it with pre-ground coffee.
